What is an AI credit?
One credit is one AI generation or AI edit. Manual editing, templates, styling and exporting never use credits.
What happens when I run out?
Everything you made stays editable and exportable. You can wait for credits to refill, add 200 credits for $4, or move to Pro. Top-up credits never expire and work on any plan.
How does the rolling refill work?
On Free, each credit comes back 30 days after you spend it, so you never wait for a calendar month to turn over. On Pro, your 500 credits renew at the start of each billing period.
Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my diagrams?
Yes. Cancel from Manage billing and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Your diagrams are never deleted. Boards beyond the free sync limit stay on your device and in your backups.
Is my data private?
Autodiagram is local first. Diagrams live in your browser until you choose to sync them to your account. We send only your prompt to the AI model when you ask it to generate or edit.
Do you offer a student or education discount?

How do payments and taxes work?
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They accept major cards and local payment methods, and calculate and collect any sales tax or VAT for your country.
Can I get a refund?
Payments aren’t refundable. You can cancel anytime, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Unused top-up credits never expire.
